Have you ever watched this show?
It's called How to Look Good Naked, and it's on Lifetime Real Women channel (at 7pm on Verizon Fios). Every episode is the same - they take a women with body issues and in a month, have her loving her body, posing naked (tastefully) and modeling in her lingerie. Most of those ladies look worse than I do. But it would be fun to have a tasteful photo shoot, don't you think?

I love that show! The best part is how they help the women see themselves for "real" and not just perception. They always compare themselves to someone larger than they really are.
